The classic Flores overland route from Ruteng to Ende, combining Wae Rebo village trek, Bajawa hot springs, traditional Ngada villages, and Kelimutu sunrise. The road itself is half the experience — volcanic peaks, rice terraces, and roadside markets.

Itinerary
Pickup LB 05:30. Drive ~6hr to Denge. Trek ~2hr to Wae Rebo (1,200m). Waelu'u welcome ceremony. Coffee. Dinner + overnight in Mbaru Niang communal house.
Morning free time in village. Trek down to Denge. Drive to Cancar → Spider Web Rice Fields. Continue to Ruteng. Overnight hotel.
Drive Ruteng → Bajawa (~4hr). Visit Bena traditional village (megalithic). Optional Malanage Hot Springs. Overnight Bajawa/Moni.
Wake 04:00. Drive to Kelimutu NP. Trek ~30min to summit. Sunrise over 3-colored lakes. Breakfast. Transfer to Ende airport.
