Hotel pickup Waitabula/Waikabubak. Trek through rice fields of Waikacura. Visit hilltop Praijing Village. Hike ~15min to Lapopu Waterfall (90m tiered cascade, Manupeu Tanah Daru NP), swim. Lunch at local restaurant. Return hotel.
Hotel pickup Waingapu area. Drive to Puru Kambera Savannah. 20min flat trek + 10min stair climb to Tanggedu Waterfall (Grand Canyon of East Sumba — sandstone gorge, turquoise pools, 8m cascades). Packed lunch. Visit Puru Kambera Beach. Sunset at Tenau Hill. Return hotel.
