Cancellation & Refunds
Cancellations are counted from the departure date. Percentages apply to the total you have already paid, including the deposit.
Refund schedule
- 30 days or more before departure
- Full refund
- 14–29 days before departure
- 70% refund
- 7–13 days before departure
- 50% refund
- Less than 7 days before departure
- Non-refundable
Replacement Guest
Any time, if you bring your own replacement guest, full refund.
Example
You have paid the 30% deposit then cancel 20 days before departure. You get 70% of that deposit back.
Payment
A 30% deposit through the official payment page secures your spot. The balance is due before departure.
If We Cancel
If the trip is cancelled by us or the operator, or cannot go ahead due to circumstances beyond our control (severe weather, port closures), full refund or you may move your date.
