Itinerary

Day 1

Pickup Mataram/Senggigi. Drive to Sembalun Lawang (1,156m). Registration. Trek through savanna. Post 1 (1,300m) → Post 2 (1,500m, lunch) → Post 3 (1,800m). Arrive Sembalun Crater Rim camp (2,639m) ~17:00. Sunset views of Segara Anak lake. Dinner. Overnight.

Day 2

Wake 02:00. Light breakfast. 02:30 summit push — loose volcanic scree. 05:30-06:00 summit (3,726m) — 360° sunrise (Gili Islands, Mt Agung, Mt Tambora). Descend to rim, full breakfast. 09:00 descend into caldera. 12:00 arrive Segara Anak Lake (2,000m), lunch. Swim, optional Aiq Kalak hot springs. 15:00 ascend to Senaru Crater Rim (2,641m). Dinner. Overnight.

Day 3

08:00 breakfast. 08:30 descend via Senaru trail — dense tropical rainforest, ~2,000m descent. 13:00-14:00 arrive Senaru (601m). Certificate. Transfer to Mataram/Senggigi/airport.
